Trat\u00e1ndose del caso de separaci\u00f3n de bienes, el c\u00f3nyuge que se hubiere dedicado al cuidado de los hijos y del hogar podr\u00e1 reclamar la compensaci\u00f3n pecuniaria del 50% del valor de los bienes que se hubieran adquirido durante el matrimonio.<\/p><p>La autoridad judicial que conozca de la reclamaci\u00f3n resolver\u00e1 atendiendo las circunstancias de cada caso.<\/p><\/div><div
