Este tipo de divorcio en atenci\u00f3n a los principios de celeridad y econom\u00eda procesal es muy r\u00e1pido su tr\u00e1mite. Una vez satisfechos los requisitos la Autoridad del Registro Civil previa identificaci\u00f3n de los c\u00f3nyuges y ratificada por estos la solicitud de divorcio en el mismo acto, levantar\u00e1 un acta en la cual declarar\u00e1 a los c\u00f3nyuges divorciados y proceder\u00e1 a la anotaci\u00f3n marginal de este estado en el acta de matrimonio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
