elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>El\u00a0divorcio\u00a0puede llegar a ser solicitado por una v\u00eda judicial o tambi\u00e9n de la administrativa seg\u00fan sea el caso que requiera.<\/p><p>Si es por la v\u00eda administrativa lo que quiere decir que el\u00a0divorcio\u00a0ser\u00e1 promovido ante un juez o cualquier oficial del registro civil.<\/p><p>Qu\u00e9 es de lo m\u00e1s cercano posible el domicilio de los anteriores con lluvias y proceder al divorcio cuando sean satisfechos los requisitos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los dos\u00a0c\u00f3nyuges\u00a0tienen que haber convenido all\u00e1 en el divorcio y deben ser mayores de edad.<\/p><p>En cualquier caso tambi\u00e9n deben informar si ya sea liquidado el taz\u00f3n sociedad conyugal o si se encuentran bajo un r\u00e9gimen patrimonial al estar basado.<\/p><p>La mujer de la\u00a0relaci\u00f3n\u00a0no debe estar embarazada o en dado caso no tienen que tener hijos en com\u00fan pero si los tienen ya debe ser mayores de edad.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s que se tiene que certificar que ninguna de las dos partes de las\u00a0parejas\u00a0tengan que requerir ning\u00fan tipo de alimentos.<\/p><p>Si por otro lado es realizado a trav\u00e9s de la v\u00eda judicial este\u00a0divorcio\u00a0debe ser promovido mediante una\u00a0autoridad\u00a0judicial.<\/p><p>Y esto debe ser por una o por ambos miembros de la pareja logrando manifestar as\u00ed cualquier voluntad de que no se quiera continuar con el matrimonio.<\/p><p>Pero no es\u00a0necesario\u00a0que se se\u00f1ale la causa por la cual se est\u00e1 solicitando el divorcio simplemente
